I’m Polly, a user researcher with over a decade of experience working with organisations both big (think the Government Digital Service, Dyson, Honda, the Royal Navy, Booking.com) and small. Often, I’ve been the first user researcher in a company, so I know exactly how to help people who want to understand their users better but don’t know where to start.

I offer user research coaching for designers, product managers, and founders—anyone who knows they need to talk to their users but needs help to do it well for themselves.
